Holland Brooks Distillery

Thank you for your interest in Holland Brooks Distillery! We anticipate opening our distillery in March 2025, so please revisit us in December for updates and progress photos.

Once completed, Holland Brooks will be Davidson County's first legal distillery. Our initial focus will be on crafting Whiskey (Bourbon), Gin, and Moonshine before expanding our offerings. While we will feature one of the larger stills in the triad, our priority is to ensure quality over quantity, creating products we can be proud of and that can be cherished by future generations.
